FALL Session 2017 - Registration Opens SEPTEMBER 5

Coursework and Exam Completion Deadline: December 14, 2017**
The Phoenix Academy Fall Session will be open to students September 5 - December 14. Students may work from home or come to the Jefferson or Alexis locations to work with certified instructors. Students who need a final exam may come in to one of our sites as soon as they finish the coursework - please remember to bring photo ID.
REGISTRATION is available at the following times and locations only:
Alexis Road: Mondays, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., September 5 - October 26
Jefferson Ave: Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., September 5 - October 26
Please bring payment (cash, check, or money order) and the specific name and semester of the course your child needs. Courses are $100 per semester course for City of Toledo residents and $125 per course for non-residents students. Registration takes between 15 and 30 minutes.
**Accommodations cannot be made for students with IEPs or 504 Plans.
** There are no refunds for unfinished coursework. ALL coursework and the final exam must be finished by the session deadline to earn credit.
** Graduating Seniors MUST CHECK WITH THEIR HOME SCHOOL COUNSELORS for their final deadline, as deadlines will vary by home school.
Site Hours for Fall Session Credit Recovery: September 5 - October 26
Alexis Road: 3 PM to 5 PM on Mondays, starting November 20
Jefferson Ave: 3 PM to 5 PM on Thursdays, starting November 16
